Walking Coaching in Portugal; Insight Through Movement

Walking coaching is at the heart of the coaching experience. During a session, we walk together through the nature of the Algarve. Along the ocean, across cliffs, or on peaceful paths around Lagos. The movement and the surroundings naturally do their work: your mind becomes calmer, your thoughts begin to settle, and new insights arise almost effortlessly.

The rhythm of walking helps you move forward; both literally and figuratively. This often brings quicker clarity about where you are now and where you want to go. We translate these insights into concrete steps, so you return home not only inspired, but also with a clear plan and renewed confidence.

If desired, it is possible to continue with online coaching after your stay.

Walking Coaching Rates

€135 per session (approx. 3 hours)
€350 for a package of 3 sessions

Additional Depth: Tarot & Palm Reading

Alongside walking coaching, you can deepen your sessions with tarot or palm reading if you wish. These methods are used in a grounded and practical way; as a mirror to gain insight into patterns, qualities, and choices.

They help you get to the core more quickly and often offer surprising perspectives, without predicting the future. Anne has applied these methods for many years in the corporate world, including with organizations such as Randstad, Amsterdam Police, and KPMG Meijburg & Co, where the combination of intuition and practical application was highly valued.

Rates for Tarot & Palm Reading

€65 per hour
€120 for a 2-hour session (combination possible)
