Practical Information

Looking to enjoy peace, space, and relaxation? Then you’ve come to the right place. To preserve the calm and tranquil atmosphere, we have fixed arrival and departure days on Mondays and Thursdays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Our B&B is designed for guests seeking serenity, which is why we welcome guests aged 16 and over.

To enhance the homely atmosphere, we share our space with two friendly cats and two sweet dogs. They are part of the Art of Joy experience. We kindly ask you not to feed them.

Together, we create a warm, peaceful, and harmonious environment for everyone to enjoy.

Suite

Double Rooms (3x)

We offer three charming double rooms, each with a private bathroom and access to a kitchenette in the shared space. Located on the ground floor, every room is fully equipped and styled with its own unique character. What can you expect?

Privacy & Outdoor Living: Each room features French doors opening onto a private terrace.

Ultimate Comfort: Enjoy a restful night’s sleep on spacious, luxury box spring beds.

Private Facilities: All rooms include an en-suite shower and toilet, as well as coffee and tea-making facilities.

Room

Quadruple Room

This spacious four-person room consists of two separate bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed, along with a private bathroom. Ideal for families, a group of friends, or two friends who prefer their own bedroom.

Located on the ground floor, the room has French doors opening onto a private terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting. Inside, you’ll unwind completely on luxurious, spacious box spring beds. There are coffee and tea-making facilities and a small refrigerator.

You also have access to a private kitchenette in the shared area. The room includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Tennis & Relaxation

Enjoy a game of tennis during your stay in the Algarve. At our B&B, several extra facilities are included in the room rate, so you can make the most of your time with us.

Take a refreshing dip in our newly renovated swimming pool or head to the tennis court for a fun and active experience. Rackets, balls, and towels are available free of charge. Challenge your friends, or team up with fellow guests for a match on our spacious 24 x 11 meter court.

We make sure everything is in place for you to enjoy a memorable stay filled with relaxation and fun.

Swimming Pool

Our swimming pool was fully renovated in 2025 and is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the 10 x 5 meter pool, surrounded by blooming hibiscus bushes. Relax on one of the many sun loungers or drift away in one of the two hammocks — ideal for complete relaxation.

Your private kitchenette is located close to the pool, making it easy to grab a cold drink from your own fridge. At 4 PM, we stop by to offer you a complimentary drink.

Within just a 5-minute stroll in your flip-flops, you’ll reach the golden sands of Meia Praia. Take a refreshing dip in the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy a long beach walk, or settle down for a cool drink at one of the charming beach bars.

Kitchenettes

Each room has its own private kitchenette in the shared space; a bright and inviting area decorated with beautiful green Portuguese tiles. Every kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare your own meals.

For shared use, there is also an air fryer, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and milk frother available.

Guests really appreciate the convenience of their own kitchenette. It allows you to easily prepare something to eat or drink and then relax by the pool, without always having to dine out. At the same time, you’ll occasionally meet other guests, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

On the day after your arrival, you’ll find a breakfast waiting for you in your fridge. While we no longer offer daily breakfast, we host a cosy coffee and homemade cake moment at 9:30 AM, where we also share our favourite local tips and hidden gems.

Outdoor Kitchen

Summer evenings truly come to life here. Prepare your meals in the open air and then gather under the covered terrace for a relaxed dinner. The stylish lounge area, complete with a BBQ and an elegant mosaic dining table, creates the perfect setting.

Enjoy the view of the cabanas or watch as friends have fun on the tennis court; all while soaking in the laid-back atmosphere.

Cabanas

Unwind and relax in our cabanas;  the perfect retreat on a warm summer day. Sheltered from the sun and overlooking the tennis court and surrounding fields. These peaceful spots invite you to slow down and fully relax. Throughout the property, we’ve created several quiet areas where you can retreat and recharge during your stay

The Garden

Set on a spacious 6,000 m² estate, our property is uniquely enclosed by double walls; something you may not notice at first, but it adds to the sense of privacy and security. The intimate atmosphere is enhanced by lush pine trees and palm trees surrounding the grounds.

In the garden, you’ll find colorful flower beds, blooming hibiscus bushes, and fragrant jasmine. During the season, you can pick fresh figs straight from the trees. There are also two pomegranate trees, several orange trees, and a beautiful Japanese loquat tree to discover.
